Problem

Designers needed to focus on meeting stakeholder requirements, product designs and iterations, and user research and engineers need content quickly to move forward during sprints.

Project goal

Create copy for the user interface of our B2B SaaS products. Typically, draft copy and add it to the Figma file or Jira case, depending if I was working with designers or engineers.

  • A product researcher

  • Engineers (front- and back-end, QA)

  • Marketing content strategists and copywriters

  • Product marketing managers
