Align email content for Acquia Optimize

Problem
Acquia Optimize (formerly Monsido) customers are sent emails from the platform to notify them about things like overdue website scans, completed scans, to welcome new users to the app, inactive domains, etc. Email content was created by Danish speakers and did not align to any brand's styles, tone, or voice and emails lacked design and branding elements.
Project goal
Update Acquia Optimize email content, including subject lines, text, calls to action, and branding so users have a clear and consistent experience.
Where I came in
I was tasked with creating new email content, which included using plain language, updating content to Acquia's brand styles, and ensuring calls to action are clear. I also proposed updated designs of emails so they are consistent.
Roadblocks
The biggest roadblock was getting the updated design I proposed applied to emails. The team was focused mainly on content (yay!) first and will be updating designs at a later date.
Collaborators
I collaborated with the product manager (PM) leading the project, as well as design leaders.
Results
A happy PM. He'd been wanting for a long time content review of emails and were happy to finally get to work with a content designer. I was able to create new content and share it with him for review and publishing in month's time.
The output: Updated email content
